Getting started is easy! Follow these simple steps to enroll your child.

Visit our center to meet our staff, see our classrooms, and learn about our programs firsthand.
Complete Application
Fill out our enrollment application with your child's information and preferred start date.
Submit Documents
Provide required documents including immunization records, emergency contacts, and medical forms.
Welcome to the Family!
Once approved, we'll set up your child's start date and orientation session.
Tuition Information
Our tuition rates vary based on the child's age. We enroll children on a full-time basis only. We strive to provide excellent value for the quality care and education your child receives.
We accept various payment methods and can provide information about childcare assistance programs that may be available to your family.
Tuition Includes:
- Age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Breakfast, morning snack, and afternoon snack (parents pack lunch daily)
- Infant food included in tuition
- Diapers and wipes included through 18 months
- Educational materials and supplies
- Daily communication through Procare Connect
- Special events and celebrations

Required Documents
Please have the following documents ready when completing enrollment.
- Completed enrollment application
- Child's birth certificate (copy)
- Immunization records
- Medical/physical form (within last 12 months)
- Emergency contact information
- Authorized pickup list
- Custody documents (if applicable)
- Child Medical Statement (DCY form)
Waitlist Information
If your preferred program is currently full, we encourage you to join our waitlist. We'll contact you as soon as a spot becomes available.
Waitlist placement is determined by availability and date of application. Siblings of currently enrolled children receive priority.

Publicly funded childcare assistance for eligible Ohio families. Contact your county Job and Family Services for eligibility information.
